A Ph.D. graduate of a nationally recognized Research I university, he brings expertise in leadership, public policy, education, mathematics, organizational analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Radio has been a constant throughout Doc G's life. A veteran broadcaster with decades of experience in small, medium, and major media markets, he has worked as an on-air personality, producer, music director, sports broadcaster, backstage interviewer, commentator, and host.
Drawing upon a lifetime spent behind the microphone, Doc G founded Doc G & The Discussants and assembled a true Team of Rivals dedicated to exploring culture, politics, leadership, music, sports, and the issues shaping modern life.

Franco Roth
For decades, Franco Roth entertained audiences as the host of the highly successful Franco and Friends morning show. A broadcaster, teacher, coach, musician, and storyteller, Franco built a loyal following through his humor, quick wit, and ability to connect with people.
His career also included sports broadcasting, television specials, and more than twenty years of live remote broadcasts. A graduate of Mass Media and English, Franco is an accomplished guitarist, songwriter, composer, and music instructor whose knowledge of rock and roll runs deep. Sarah
Sarah brings intelligence, toughness, and common sense to Doc G & The Discussants. A valedictorian, state champion track and field athlete, entrepreneur, mother, and grandmother, she has built her life through hard work, determination, and personal responsibility.
The daughter of a Baptist minister, she grew up with strong values, high expectations, and a belief that character matters. Fiercely independent and deeply loyal, Sarah approaches every issue with a practical mindset and an exceptional ability to separate substance from nonsense. While her views are conservative, they are grounded less in ideology than in experience, accountability, and common sense. Whether the discussion centers on politics, culture, family, business, sports, or everyday life, Sarah brings a perspective shaped by achievement, perseverance, and a willingness to tell it exactly as she sees it.
